- Oh, don’t you hate it when that happens! Not to worry, as long as your item hasn’t shipped, we can still change this for you. But please make sure you get in touch with a team member ASAP and have your order number handy so that one of our lovely team members can sort it for you: support@personablepet.com
- Dang… if it’s already shipped, unfortunately, it’s out of our hands. We recommend contacting the carrier who is delivering your items to see if it can be rerouted to you.
Mmm, I changed my mind… can I cancel if I’m quick?
- Oh no, that’s unfortunate, but we understand, so long as you get in touch before either approving the proof for print or within three days of ordering we will be able to catch it before it goes to print. Please get in touch immediately and one of our lovely team members will do their best to get word to our fulfilment centers ASAP to stop the print from going ahead.
- To cancel, email us at support@personablepet.com please put ‘Cancel' with your order number in the subject line and we will take care of the rest.
- Unfortunately once your item is ‘in print’ or has already been printed there is not stopping the process, your order is already being made. We really hope you’ll like your item once it arrives.
How long does shipping take?
- Once you've hit that approve button our awesome team members will get busy making your one-of-a-kind product. Your product is custom printed and quality checked. As this is all done after you've hit the buy now button, we take a little longer than goods that are ready-made.
- It takes around 3-5 business days to produce your product, that includes printing, quality checking and packing up the product for delivery. Once the item is shipped, most packages then take between 3 to 5 business days to deliver.
I just ordered and I haven’t received my tracking information yet?
- Not to worry! You will get an e-mail as soon as your products have been printed and are packed up and ready for delivery.
- From then tracking will kick in and you will receive an email from us with your tracking code.
